Generally vatha is this controlling Dosha,pitha is the changing Dosha and kapha is the making dosha.Ayurveda explains other body constituents as dhatus(tissues),malas(waist products),Agni(energy),manas(mind) and Atma(soul).When this constituents are in a state of equilibrium we are said to be healthy.Changes in this equilibrium will result in diseases.Ayurveda explains different kind of treatments to preserve the health and cure the diseases by keeping the equilibrium of body constituents.
